Our team of developers, which has been involved in the implementation and management of the Open Journal Systems (OJS) and Open Monograph Press (OMP) platforms for over twenty years, has begun the process of upgrading to version 3.5 for a select group of clients who have requested to participate in the testing phase.

Version 3.5, released by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) in June 2025, represents a significant qualitative leap forward compared to previous versions and serves as the foundation for the future Long-Term Support (LTS) version. Our task is to guide our clients through this transition with operations that ensure continuity and minimize disruptions to the editorial workflow.

Our many years of experience with OJS and OMP ensure that every structural operation is carried out using established methodologies: preliminary environment analysis, full backup, staging tests, verification of critical plugins, and dedicated post-upgrade support.
