The Data Controller is ARCHIMEDE INFORMATICA SOC. COOP, via L. Gereschi, 36, 56127, Pisa. The list of Managers can be consulted at our office. The data concerning users will be processed by the employees of Archimede Informatica, who operate as Data Processors, subject to the direction of the responsible person.

Information on the processing of personal data
Archimede Informatica is a cooperative company, VAT number 01380540508, carries out design, production, development and marketing of software and information systems together with support services and IT consulting for companies, public bodies and public administrations. It has its registered office in via L. Gereschi, 36, 56127 Pisa. As Data Controller of personal data, pursuant to articles 4 and 28 of legislative decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 - Code of privacy and articles 4, n. 7) and 24 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, informs, pursuant to art. 13 of the Code and 13 of the Regulation, which, if the event of contact or request for use of its services occurs, will proceed with the processing of personal data relating to the company and to natural persons who have legal representation, for the purposes and in the manner indicated below.

What is personal data?
Personal data refers to any information relating to a natural person, which may make it identifiable and which may include (but not limited to):

Softing Consulting Srl does not have access to any personally identifiable information from these. Your IP address is recorded when you visit our site, but our analytics software only uses this information for statistical aggregations.

How will we use the information about you and why?

How long will we keep your data?
In line with regulatory requirements, we will retain your data for the minimum time required by current tax legislation. For the data necessary for the execution of contracts to which you are party, we will keep the data for the entire period of membership of the service and, after termination of the service, for a period of 5 years. In the case of litigation, for the duration of the same, until the exhaustion of the time limits for the availability of appeals. For data not subject to these requirements, such as for direct marketing, we will retain your data until you withdraw your consent or end of life. In case you need it, you will have the option to give up or update or delete the data at any time and details on how to do so are set out in this policy. After the above retention periods, the Data will be destroyed, deleted or anonymized, compatible with the technical procedures of deletion and backup.

What is a subject access request?
